Work-Life Balance: We understand that, for the majority of us, work is secondary to personal life, as it should be. While we expect our associates to work hard in the office, we understand intrinsically that, to live a meaningful life, a person needs to have a complete and rewarding life outside of the office. While there may be times where we’ll require extended hours, such a schedule is not the norm; we believe that a long-hours environment will ultimately be disadvantageous to both the individual and the company. Maintaining a Positive Footprint: At Litéra, we take our commitment to maintaining a positive footprint in our global environment seriously. We minimize the usage of electricity in our office and recycle all materials, from soda cans and office paper to printer ribbons and coffee grounds.
