Green Statement: The Litéra Corporate Campus is located on over 125 acres in McLeansville, North Carolina, twenty minutes away from Greensboro and less than one hour away from the Research Triangle Park, biotechnology and pharmaceutical center of the Southeast. The majority of our acreage is used for farming and the safe inhabitation of our bioregion's natural species. Outside our corporate offices, we are regularly reminded of the importance of our environment by the foxes, osprey, geese, storks, swans, snapping turtles, frogs, rabbits and wide-mouthed bass that share this land with us. No pesticides enter our corporate acreage.

Our offices are lit by natural light and we make every attempt to minimize our energy usage. We strive to keep our printing at the lowest possible level and attempt to use digital communication over print communication wherever possible. Finally, and most importantly, we recycle all possible materials and each day we remind ourselves that we are not the owners of this earth, just one of its many inhabitants. Our dedication as a company is, ultimately, to make our corporate footprint a positive one.

Philanthropy: At Litéra, we recognize how important education is to our global community and have developed programs that provide an opportunity for people from all walks of life to experience the full benefits of the latest in technology. In addition to our focus on the technological needs of government, legal, and business professionals, we believe that the contribution quality education provides to our society is immeasurably important. With that in mind, we engage in the following philanthropic measures:

• We believe that all students deserve easy and free access to all learning tools and have developed an education program which will allow all educational institutions to license Litéra’s software for use by their students at no cost.
• Litéra is dedicated to funding scholarships for deserving low-income students pursuing higher education and to contributing to the Southern Poverty Law Center’s education program, Teaching Tolerance.
