to change, or override, companywide policies and settings. Security settings can
also be controlled based on the template used to create a document.

Classify select email domains as "safe" and files sent to designated recipients
are not cleaned.

Intelligent Content Clean - NEW

Intelligent Content Clean allows user to replace text in Word documents that matches

Exclusion list - NEW in Metadact 2.1
Allows users to create exclusion lists for select types of metadata like bookmarks,
fields, VBA variables and custom properties (Word only). Exclusion lists allow users
to apply specific actions, like skip, for select types of metadata.
