These recent hires follow closely behind Tunji Williams, former CEO of DealWIP, Ian Kujawa, formerly with NetDocuments, and Judye Releford, formerly with BigHand. Joanne Woolford joins as lead strategic growth consultant for North America, having previously worked at the Practising Law Institute and HighQ. The company’s growth can be attributed to legal’s wide-scale adoption of Litera Desktop, with user numbers totaling more than 60,000, and the company’s recent acquisitions of Workshare and Doxly, resulting in a globe-spanning transaction management offering.
