The ITA CityLIGHTS Awards program honors companies and individuals whose innovation and success drive growth in the technology industry and Illinois

Litera Microsystems has been selected as a finalist for Illinois Technology Association’s 2018 ITA CityLIGHTS Lighthouse Award. ITA is a champion for growth of Illinois tech companies and the CityLIGHTS Awards are the premier annual event that celebrates achievements from the local tech community.

“We’re very proud to be a part of one of the strongest tech scenes in the world, one that is supported by a great organization like ITA.” Avaneesh Marwaha, CEO for Litera Microsystems, said, “It’s an honor to have been recognized by the judges of the CityLIGHTS Awards. Litera Microsystems continues to grow at an incredible pace and we look forward to continuing our success.”

Litera Microsystems’ focus on industry-leading customer service and its growth in the past 3 years shows its focus on pushing the legal and life sciences tech industries, making it a candidate for the Lighthouse Award. The Chicago-based company is proud to serve more than 90% of the world’s large law firms.

The Lighthouse Award is presented to the growth-stage company, with more than $25 million in revenue which, through innovation in products, services, or business approach, has grown to become a serious competitor in the marketplace. The winners for each category are determined by a compilation of the judges’ scores and voting by the public at large. The winners will be revealed at the ITA CityLIGHTS Awards ceremony on Thursday, September 13 at Morgan Manufacturing in Chicago.

You help decide the winners! Voting is now open through 5:00 p.m. CST on Friday, August 17 at itacitylights.com/voting.

“This year’s finalists showcase the best of the best within the Chicago tech ecosystem,” said Julia Kanouse, CEO for ITA. “Our judges did an outstanding job selecting leaders and companies that exemplify the heart and soul of our community – hardworking, pragmatic businesses that are driving the industry forward and creating a lasting impact on the future of Chicago.”
