As we look forward to 2020, we’re honing in on completing the integration of Doxly and Workshare into one business with Litera. We have a number of updates on our progress:

  1. We are formally combining the Workshare support organization into the Litera support organization. This integration will bring additional automation to our support processes to speed up response times and issue resolution, as well as increase our capacity to handle larger volumes of support cases. NOTE: During this time we are experiencing a higher volume of support cases. We’re sorry if you are experiencing slower than normal response times, we expect them to return to normal in January 2020.
  2. For customer support, we’ve introduced a few business process changes, specifically around licensing, that will resolve a number of core issues and reduce overall support issues in Workshare products.
  3. We have recently restructured our Transaction Management support organization to better support these products around the clock. Our teams are now better situated to capture, diagnose, and fix issues in real-time. We have also been working on these products to improve their performance and capacity to better handle the future load of enterprise customers.
