Is this a subscription purchase?

Yes. Each license purchased is for a one-year subscription (365 days). For your convenience, subscriptions automatically renew. To opt-out, please update your renewal setting within your Order in the Account section of the store.

What operating systems are compatible with Change-Pro Premier?

Change-Pro Premier runs on machines with Microsoft Windows operating system. If you have a Mac with a MacOS or a machine with a Linux operating system, Change-Pro Premier is only compatible if you have a dual boot, or virtual machine, running with a Windows Operating system. If you are not sure what operating system you are using, please contact your system administrator.

What options are available if I don't have a Windows operating system?

If you do not use a Microsoft Windows operating system and are unable to host a virtual machine with it, please refer to Companion365. Companion365 is a device-agnostic, cloud-based tool set that allows you to compare, clean, and convert documents, spreadsheets, and presentations from anywhere. I am only able to purchase 20 licenses through the store. What if I need more?

While online purchases are limited to 20 seats, more are available for your organization. Email sales@litera.com with your company name, product request, and quantity needed and we will gladly work with you to get the licenses you require.

I already have licenses for Change-Pro Premier and would like to add more for my organization. Can I purchase through the store?

To add licenses when you are mid-subscription term, please contact us at sales@litera.com.

Once my purchase is confirmed, how do I receive the product?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email to create or log in to your account within the Litera Microsystems Customer Center. Your downloads and license keys will be available within your account. Note: You might have to check your SPAM or JUNK email folder. If you do not receive the email within four hours, contact Customer Support at support@litera.com.

I have a different version of Change-Pro. Can I renew what I have?

Change-Pro Premier is the recently updated comparison solution combining all previous Change-Pro versions and their best functionalities. To provide you with the best value and allow for us to best serve you, all renewals of Change-Pro products will now be Change-Pro Premier; previous versions of Change-Pro are not available for renewal.

How does each user install Change-Pro Premier?

After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your download and license keys. You can also find guides on how to install Change-Pro Premier on the Customer Center.

Once I purchase, how can I contact Litera Microsystems if I need additional support?

For self-help, you may access the Customer Center. for a library of articles, documentation, training materials, and more on Change-Pro Premier.
