Is this a subscription purchase?

Yes. Each license purchased is for a one-year subscription (365 days). For your convenience, subscriptions automatically renew. To opt-out, please update your renewal setting within your Order in the Account section of the store.

What operating systems are compatible with LDF?

LDF operates on machines running Microsoft Windows. This includes Windows virtual machines running on MacOS or Linux.

I am only able to purchase 20 licenses through the store. What if I need more?

While online purchases are limited to 20 seats, more are available for your organization. Email sales@litera.com with your company name, product request, and quantity needed and we will gladly work with you to get the licenses you require.

I already have licenses for LDF and would like to add more for my organization. Can I purchase through the store?

To add licenses when you are mid-subscription term, please contact us at sales@litera.com.

Once my purchase is confirmed, how do I receive the product?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email to create or log in to your account within the Litera Microsystems Customer Center. Your downloads and license keys will be available within your account. License keys for LDF are provisioned within 24 hours if the order is received between the hours of 8am and 5pm Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.

Note: You might have to check your SPAM or JUNK email folder. If you do not receive the email within 4 hours, contact Customer Support at support@litera.com.

How does each user install LDF?

After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your download and license keys. You can also find guides on how to install LDF on the Customer Center.

Once I purchase, how can I contact Litera Microsystems if I need additional support?

For self-help, you may access the Customer Center for a library of articles, documentation, training materials, and more on LDF. For hands-on support, feel free to email Customer Support at support@litera.com. Please note that Customer Support is available Monday through Friday from 8am – 8pm Eastern Time to help you with any questions and issues.

What are the system requirements for LDF?

System requirements are as follows:

  • Microsoft Windows 7, 8, 10
  • Microsoft Office 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016 (required for some PDF creation features)
  • Verified as Citrix Ready with Citrix XenApp 7.6
