As the chief customer officer at Litera Microsystems, Jody is responsible for driving customer success activities and outcomes, and overseeing the company’s annual recurring revenue business and adoption team. As an executive team member, she is recognized for building a strong, self-managed team and defining a repeatable process that sustains growth.
Jody’s 20 years of client relations and customer experience advocacy includes strategic account management, leading a customer-facing renewal and retention team, and contributing to consistent revenue growth as a leader and individually. Before coming to Litera Microsystems , Jody worked for several years at Perfect Access Speer as a Client Relationship and Marketing Manager. Jody is one of the founding members of the Midwest Legal Technology Group, a peer-to-peer networking group in the Legal Technology space and a longtime participant and veteran of the International Legal Technology Association. Jody has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Northern Illinois University and graduate of the K1 Investment Management Advanced Management Program.
