Processing Details – Peppermint Software products
  1. The scope of Litera’s processing of the Personal Data shall be to enable the Customer to subscribe to and use the Peppermint Software products.
  2. The types of personal data that Litera is expected to process on the Customer’s behalf may include: name, address, email address, telephone number, information regarding trading and billing history, service and usage history, user IDs and passwords, answers to security questions (such as town/county of birth, mother’s maiden name, father’s name etc), employment history, job title, business address, department, employee number, business email addresses, business telephone/fax/mobile numbers, bank details, identification documentation, CCTV images, criminal history, financial data, geo location data, telematics information, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, data concerning health or sex life and sexual orientation, genetic data, biometric data where processed to uniquely identify a person, and other data relating to employees, customers and potential customers of the Customer, as well as claimants and defendants, legal representatives, professional advisors, witnesses, public bodies, and other third-party agencies in respect of matters managed on behalf of the customers of the Customer.
  3. The purpose of Litera’s processing of the Personal Data shall be to perform Litera’s obligations under the Agreement and any obligations required by applicable law in connection with the Agreement.
  4. The duration of Litera’s processing of the Customer Personal Data shall be for the Subscription Term and thereafter as may be required to comply with any post-termination obligations and as required by applicable law.
