Kira Maintains a 55 NPS—A Testament to Customer Loyalty and Satisfaction
Since launching our user-focused Net Promoter Score (NPS) program, Kira has consistently earned positive feedback. Kira has maintained an average NPS of 55 during the last twelve months, placing it firmly in the second highest category (“Excellent”) on Bain & Company’s NPS scale. In legal technology, where user expectations and stakes are high, this level of consistent loyalty by the lawyers and legal professionals working in the Kira application is exceptional and conveys a powerful signal: Kira is delivering real value, time and time again.
What Is NPS?
Net Promoter Score is a widely used customer experience metric designed to gauge a customer's likelihood of recommending a product or service to others. NPS is calculated by asking one simple question:
“On a scale of 0–10, how likely are you to recommend Kira to others?”
Respondents are grouped into:
- Promoters (9–10): Loyal enthusiasts who keep buying and refer others.
- Passives (7–8): Satisfied but unenthusiastic customers.
- Detractors (0–6): Unhappy customers who could damage your brand through negative word of mouth.
The final NPS score is the percentage of Promoters minus the percentage of Detractors. The score can range from -100 to +100.
