Sheryl Hoskins - CEO

Sheryl Hoskins - CEO

Connect on

As CEO, Sheryl is responsible for leading Litera as it scales its enterprise software businesses, delivers the best legal technology ecosystem, and revolutionizes how legal teams and law firms use technology to drive digital transformation. She drives the entire team to deliver genuinely leading-edge legal technology solutions for our customers. She strives to serve the business and its customers by helping enable our leaders and people to fulfill their passion for making a difference.

Sheryl has more than twenty years of experience in the global technology industry and a proven track record managing global teams. She spent the first decade of her career at General Electric and McKesson Corp, where she held domestic and international leadership roles. Most recently, Hoskins served as CEO of Upserve. Sheryl received a BS Degree in Electrical Engineering, an MBA in Marketing, and is a US Army veteran.

Brittani Shaw - Chief People Officer

Brittani Shaw - Chief People Officer

As chief people officer, Brittani oversees all aspects of the Human Resources function, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee relations, talent management, compensation and benefits. She is focused on cultivating a positive work environment to ensure our people are engaged and have an enjoyable employee experience.

Brittani has more than 10 years of experience in the Chicago start up tech scene building Education & Development, Recruiting, and Human Resources Teams from the ground up. In previous positions, Brittani helped move Echo from the private to the public sector and has been involved in M&A activity with multiple organizations including Echo, Centro and here at Litera. Brittani has a M.A. in Organizational Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Rahul Miglani - Chief Technology Officer

Rahul Miglani - Chief Technology Officer

As chief technology officer, Rahul is responsible for charting the company’s future technology roadmap while accelerating solutions development. He focuses on the operation of the product development team and on fostering of innovative solutions to meet customer needs. He serves as a key member of the management team that sets the company’s strategic direction.

Rahul has extensive experience in bringing solutions, that positively affect the bottom line, to market while scaling high performing teams. He brings familiarity across a spectrum of situations, including developing strategic roadmaps, leading and integrating M&A and delivering high quality products. Prior to joining Latera, Rahul worked in product and technology leadership positions at fast growing companies such as Syndigo, Market6, and ShopperTrak. Rahul has an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and prior Computer Science degrees from the University of Illinois, Chicago and Nagpur University, India.

Haley Altman - Global Head of Corporate Development

Haley Altman - Global Head of Corporate Development

As Global Head of Corporate Development, Haley Altman is responsible for strategic business initiatives and its merger and acquisition efforts. She also partners with various business units across the company on market development opportunities to strengthen how customers engage with the Litera brand and overall product suite.

Prior to the company’s acquisition by Litera, Haley was founder and CEO of Doxly. She has over a decade of experience working on complicated transactions in the corporate, private equity, and venture capital verticals. Her practice has extended from the Midwest at Ice Miller to the West Coast at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.

Haley previously served as a member of the finance committee and co-led the venture capital vertical at Ice Miller. She holds a J.D. from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and obtained a BA, Chemistry and Political Science while a science research fellow focusing on cancer research at DePauw University in Indiana.

Gayle Nixon - Senior VP, Marketing

Gayle Nixon - Senior VP, Marketing

As Senior Vice President of Marketing with Litera, Gayle Nixon is responsible for leading a high-performing global marketing team. She manages all aspects of marketing, including the company’s global positioning, implementing cohesive performance-based marketing programs that strengthen engagement between customers and Litera’s premium brand.

Gayle has extensive experience in creating innovative global marketing strategies that positively impact the bottom line, working across multiple enterprise software and SaaS product lines and multiple business units. Before joining Litera, Gayle worked in marketing executive leadership positions at SS&C Technologies, Rocket Software, itslearning, and Harte Hanks, where she managed a spectrum of marketing functions, such as building ROI-focused go-to-market strategies while scaling high-caliber teams.

Gayle earned her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Plymouth State

Samir Joglekar - CRO

Samir Joglekar - CRO

As Chief Revenue Officer for Litera, Samir Joglekar is responsible for worldwide integration and alignment between all revenue-related functions. He seeks to build on Litera’s global sales success and support the dramatic increase in scale that has resulted from the company’s rapid growth.

Thanks to more than 25 years of sales executive experience, Samir has deep expertise in identifying and driving strategic initiatives and best practices to support sales objectives. Before joining Litera, Samir served as CRO at Precisely, a global leader in data integrity solutions, and Executive Vice President of Sales at Renaissance Learning, a global leader in cloud-based assessment, teaching, and learning software. He has also worked in business development and sales leadership roles for inBloom, Inc., eInstruction, Dell, and Apple.

Samir received a master’s degree in biomedical engineering from Johns Hopkins University and a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and biology from George Washington University.

Mark Chamberlain - CFO

Mark Chamberlain - CFO

As Litera’s chief financial officer, Mark Chamberlain is responsible for maintaining the company’s financial strength and managing all aspects of accounting, finance, and legal. He serves as a member of the company’s management team, aiding in the determination of Litera’s strategic direction and growth initiatives, and is heavily involved in all aspects of M&A financial planning and execution.

Mark comes to Litera with over 20 years of experience in the software industry, where he has held senior executive roles in both finance and operations, primarily with private equity-backed companies. Before Litera, Mark held finance and operations leadership roles with Ivanti, its predecessor LANDESK, Novell, and Corda Technologies. He brings expertise in guiding companies through periods of accelerated growth, having navigating several successful exits. He was also part of a senior leadership team that grew revenue from $100M to over $1B through a combination of organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

Mark has an MBA from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Brigham Young University.

Meredith Johnson - CPO

Meredith Johnson - CPO

As Chief Product Officer, Meredith is responsible for driving the company's long-term sector-leading product strategy. She leads Product Management and Product Design functions contributing to Litera's hyper-growth. Meredith focuses on delivering value with our product teams back to our customers and establishing a strong voice for the customer in our roadmaps.

Meredith brings twenty years of proven experience building world-class products, services, and marketplaces for global business, previously generating nearly $1Bn in company revenue. She's a public speaker on topics including Leading Product Management Through Business Model Transformation, Fueling Innovation Through Portfolio Transformation, and End of Support Product Lifecycle Frameworks. In addition, she is a consummate advocate for women in tech, a public speaker for several SaaS operating models, and an Executive Board member for non-profit organizations like Charleston Promise Neighborhood.

Meredith holds two Bachelor of Science degrees from the College of Charleston.
